Future Leaders Program (FLP) |
Retaining key employees is a key challenge in organizations today.
Recent estimates place the percentage of potential talent departures at approximately 60 percent as people increasingly see the opportunity to advance and grow with other organizations. And research tells us that talent departs because of the manager, not the company.
"Right employees are the company's greatest asset. They are extended members of the family, who are loyal, cooperative and interested in the success of the organization".
Because leaders vary widely in style and approach, FLP incorporates a variety of measures to ensure that you receive a comprehensive assessment report. Employee's leadership skills, behavior, and impact are measured using the Behavioral Observation based Outbound Methodology (BOOM©) which is a widely used method of behavioral assessment.
Unlike other methods of behavioral assessment, most of which rely on people's perceptions of behavior, BOOM involves watching and recording the behavior of a person in a typically simulated environment where each activity gives the observers to record specific competency.
