This is a faculty development program. By attending this program, you will be certified to conduct assessment based on Behavioral Observation using Outbound Methodology (BOOM) assessment tools. Unlike other methods of behavioral assessment, most of which rely on people's perceptions of behavior, BOOM assessment involves watching, and recording the behavior of a person in typical simulated environment. BOOM observations are more objective than of perceptions.

Course Format : (2+1+1 day workshop)
The first two days are residential program, with stay and food at TSL campus.
Post the workshop will have to attend two 1-day practicum sessions of 7 hours each on the date of your choice. During the practicum you will have the opportunity to interact with various other companies or institutions and will be able to conduct assessment on live participants.
