Outbound Trainer Certification (OTC) workshop helps you in understanding the participant's frame of mind and creates a lasting impact on the learning.
It is a powerful way to address individual growth and potential, which is commonly a much-neglected approach in teaching and developing people of all ages. It produces positive emotional effects, notably confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of personal value and purpose.
OTC helps you learn how to plan a course curriculum, conduct active learning, and involve each participant so that they are ready to understand what they are learning and thus help them to retain the knowledge forever.
It's a 2-day workshop followed by a two practicum on a day of your choice when
outbound program is being conducted.
