Future Leaders Program acts as a navigation tool to excel in the functional areas and develop strong self and people management skills. The transition into management and leadership requires learning new skills and behaviors as well as unlearning old behaviors that inhibit the managers' ability to lead others.
What we Learn
This program develops the awareness and insight as a catalyst for transition and provides the new tools with an opportunity to apply them in a safe environment.
It also supports individuals with coaching to build confidence and accountability – ensuring a successful and sustainable transition. This program will provide with the process skills to enable individuals to quickly ramp up their capabilities as a manager.

It's a 2-day non-residential workshop, which is highly interactive, clubbed with experiential and practical learning. Participants have to come with an open mind and complete pre-assignments before the program starts.
