The School of Leadership is located between Doddaballapur- Nelamangala road which is 40 KM from Bangalore City, and about 45 minutes to the new Bangalore International Airport. The campus is spread over 42 acres of land and is equipped with all outbound training set-up including obstacle course field for group dynamic assessment.

It also has modern facilities like swimming pool, separate gymnasium, steam sauna and Jacuzzi for ladies and gents. There are two large conference rooms which can host 150 participants in one hall and 100 in the second hall for class room intervention, and smaller rooms for split group activities. A large man-made pond is built inside the campus to conduct team building games and water sports. The campus is surrounded by nature where various adventure sports like rock climbing, rappelling etc. can be conducted.

The campus has independent cottages in the midst of teakwood trees. Each cottage has a private lawn and has adequate space to ensure complete privacy and provide a healthy learning atmosphere. The campus can host 44 participants on twin sharing basis, which can go up to 66 participants on a triple sharing basis. The campus has two modern multi cuisine restaurants to ensure participants have their choice of food.
