Terms and Conditions

Conditions of booking: : An individual who is authorized to participate in the program on behalf of the company must sign the confirmation of participation. By signing the agreement the participant is confirming the booking of a seat for a public program with The School of Leadership (TSL) and is agreeing to the terms and conditions of booking as detailed.

The entire contents of the program are copyrighted by The School of Leadership under international copyright laws. Participants cannot modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this program in any manner without the express written consent of TSL.

Registration is on a “first come, first served” basis. Pricing is subject to change without notice. TSL withholds the right to cancel a course failing minimum enrollment requirements.

Cancellation Policy:-Once the booking is confirmed as above the following cancellation policy applies: Up to 7 days prior to program date: no refund. 8 - 15 days prior: 25% refund. 16 - 30 days prior 50% refund will be given. For any pre-course materials sent prior to a cancellation, an invoice will be raised unless returned within 7 days of cancellation.

For outbound Programs:Outbound Training Policy:-During certain activities, your faculty may ask you to remove any item of jewelry or accessories as a precondition to be able to participate in the activity; thus we would advise you to leave them at home.

Participants who are taking part in adventurous simulations are sometimes, strenuous activities. Participants explicitly understand that they are taking part in these activities at their own risk. Participants with restrictive health conditions should notify the faculty in advance to avoid injuries etc. All information given to us on medical details of participants will be held in the strictest of confidence.

To prevent injury we require participant to follow all reasonable instructions given by authorized staff. TSL also reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity on medical ground or if their actions are thought to endanger their safety or the safety of others.

Participants understand that outbound programs are held in open environment, and injury may occur if any activity is done without proper care. By taking part in TSL program, participant and the client indemnify TSL or faculty from any such accidents.

Usage of Mobile / Electronic gadgets:TSL does not allow participants to use mobile phones, laptops etc during the workshop including cameras and videography of any activity.

Copyrights and Patents:Some of the actives are covered under copyrights and patents act, therefore any breach of contract of replicating, copying or photography are not allowed.

TSL will make arrangements to take photographs of the activities, and appropriate photographs will be shared with the company through a common electronic link. Participants and organizations will understand and agree that by participating in the program, these photographs are the property of TSL and may be used for R&D purpose exclusively.

For your safety and comfort, we have a few recommendations:

Carry Cap / Hat

Shirts, tops and pants that allow free and reasonable movement during activities

Sneakers/sports shoes are a must You are likely to sweat and get dirty therefore a hand towel will be useful Any prescribed medication

Waterproof windcheater comes handy during winter & monsoon

We would advise you against bringing:

Personal valuables Laptops and other office electronics, cameras or mobile phones.

Note: TSL will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings.
