Mr. Haresh Patil is a senior leadership consultant and anErickson Certified Professional Coach (ICF-ACTP). His expertise is in the areas of LEAN Management, Aligning Strategic Goals, Change& Conflict Management. As an Executive Coach, Haresh has supported several clients across career levels and geographies. He has facilitated leadership programs for senior and mid management levels. Haresh has 18 plus years’ experience in the IT industry, in India and abroad, working with global MNCs. He started his career with Sonata Software and has played leadership roles in companies like Thomson Financials (now, Thomson Reuters) and SAP. In his role as Program Director at SAP, he has headed several business functions like Product Validation, Tools Development, Software Assembly, Logistics Services and ISVs. He has supported over € 350 million topline contributions from ISV Solution Extensions. Haresh is an advisor to the Board of Aakash Infra Projects. He is also a visiting faculty for Corporate MS Programs of BITS, Pilani and enjoys interacting regularly with students at various B-Schools. He is a passionate traveller and enjoys spiritual readings. Haresh is an Engineer, with PGDBA, CFA (India) and EricksonProfessional Coach (ACTP-ICF)
