Shyam is a seasoned management professional with over 20 years of corporate experience and has held senior management positions with companies like HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank and also worked with DHL logistics, Bax Global and Shalimar Paints. He has experience in handling diverse and large team members, and skillsinclude manpower planning, developing sales strategies, and developing leadership capabilities through mentoring and succession planning. Shyam is a passionate trainer and has facilitated various leadership programs and skill based program like Behavioral Interviewing Skills, Presentation Skills, Business Communication and Advanced Selling Skills programs. He has to his credit over 1000 hours of training and has delivered program for different age groups and industries. He is currently pursuing Executive Coaching certification (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF), and has initiated Coaching practice with select clients. He is a an avid traveller, and reading his passion. He was a sports person during his college days and won many awards, and has a C certificate from NCC.
