This program aims at those who already have strong management experience and are tipped to take up higher responsibility. They should be in the same organization for more than 2 years and have managers reporting to them.
It is a 2-day non-residential program involving group interaction, experiential and practical in nature. Followed by two telephonic coaching sessions on the day of choice.
This workshop encourages self-reflection,learning about existing and new skills, theories of leadership and management. Experiential learning will be an integral part of the workshop, which will engage in a variety of activities, simulations and experiments. Simulations will encourage and improve group dynamics, communication and decision making skills.
Pre-Program Preparation:Assignments and surveys are completed prior to commencement of the workshop. The 360° feedback provides an insights into strengths and possible blind spots.
Post Program Follow-up:Individuals who wish to introspect on their 360° feedback assessment can opt for personal coaching options. This offer is available exclusively to program participants who can select from a panel of coaches and book sessions as required.
