TSL Programs will be delivered by expert faculty members who have years of experience. Each module proceeds with an activity, which reinforces through established theory and relating to the work situations.
All TSL leadership programs for senior and mid-managers will have follow-up sessions, which are interactive and program based. Participants get assignments through electronic media after the program. Each follow-up session may last from 6 to 8 weeks depending upon the program.
