Hubert Vijay brings over 20 years of diverse professional experience across engineering, sales, service, project management, training, and people development. His corporate journey spans organizations such as Dell, Globe Publications, Salagen, Automotive World, IQPC, and Sik-sha, before he transitioned into training as a full-time profession.
An Engineer by qualification, Hubert is a certified experiential learning facilitator, specializing in outbound group dynamics and immersive learning methodologies. His work focuses on creating impactful, engaging learning experiences that drive both individual and organizational growth.
Hubert facilitates programs across a wide range of themes, including Leadership Integration, Customer Experience Enhancement, Negotiation Skills, Change Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Inclusivity, Team Building, Cross-functional Leadership Development, Sales & Marketing Excellence, Time and Stress Management, and Voice Overs.
He has been associated with TSL for over 15 years and has delivered programs for leading organizations such as L&T InfoTech, IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan, Fidelity, Aditya Birla Minacs, Volvo, Bharti AXA, Base Terminal, Sundram Fasteners, Ashok Leyland, Hewlett Packard, Manipal Group, ITC, Praxair, and Bicorn, among others.
Outside of work, Hubert enjoys reading, travelling, blogging, cooking, and actively engaging in community initiatives — passions that often influence his facilitation style and storytelling approach.
